Administrative Assistant


We are currently looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to work directly with a Wealth Management Advisor in our Toledo, OH office location. The position will begin at 18-24 hours per week, depending on the candidate’s availability.  Potential full-time hours in the future.  Exact days/hours flexible.


The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Wealth Management Advisor in their day-to-day operations. Working knowledge of a PC computer is a must.  

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Assist with Advisor’s day-to-day operations
  • Answer and make phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Meeting preparation
  • Gather documentation for client review meetings 
  • Complete Application forms
  • Maintain compliant files
  • Update Client Relationship Management system



  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize
  • Must be technology savvy 
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint 
  • Ability to learn other software programs 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills


  • Experience in the financial services industry – strongly preferred 
  • Experience dealing with clients
  • Experience with any Client Relationship Management tool
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines


$18-$24 per hour, depending on experience level.
