Jim Gianakopoulos is an associate with Michigan Financial Companies, a financial services firm focusing on pre- and post- retirement planning, estate planning strategies, wealth accumulation, business planning and executive benefits for both publicly- and privately-held companies.

As a professional with the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations, Jim is qualified to address the diverse needs of high net-worth individuals. He provides recommendations for asset allocation, funding for education, retirement and long-term care insurance.  He works closely with business owners, executive teams and their advisors to help pursue their financial goals.

Jim has more than 31 years of experience and has been recognized for numerous industry awards. Jim is also very active in the business community and serves on the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the past 16 years to include president for three terms. In addition, he is the co-founder of B.R.A.G. for business and relationship marketing.  Jim is also a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table.
